There are free activities and drinks on everyday and it makes it very easy to make friends ❤️ it also feels very safe - this was important to me as a female solo traveller. "Fantastic location - prime Ipanema and close to the beach. Friendly employees at the front desk. Good (complimentary!) breakfast. The rooms aren’t the nicest rooms ever, but they are totally fine, they have AC, and the cleaning staff cleaned the room daily and were very friendly. Overall good value for the price."
