"Some of the staff is not really nice to customer and can’t speak English"

"The room was clean. The Staff was friendly but they needs to speak more English because they spoke very little ... I asked for a king or a queen bed not 2 beds with short tiny duvets / comforter"

"Room was nice. Found it a little strange that for a queen bed the duvet was like a single. No kettle on the room was also a little strange but managed to survive without one. Otherwise very good experience and would stay again"

"The room was good , clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we had a security incident where someone managed to open our room door in the middle of the night . Luckily I had my dog who I think gave the person a fright. I tried to explain to reception in the morning but no one speaks English . I then sent a follow up email in German and English which they took days to reply to and then just said the night staff needed more training . It was a very scary experience which I didn’t feel the took on board ."

"Rooms weren’t very clean. Ants in the room for example. Staff weren’t very friendly upon check in. We came in at 6.30pm and asked if we could eat in the restaurant. We hardly was allowed dinner as they were closing down. So we rushed through dinner and generally didn’t feel very welcome. Beds were poor and rooms felt very old. And it wasn’t even very affordable. Not coming back. "
