"Beautiful vintage apartment, fully stocked and very clean and quiet. The Sleepy Eye Coffee shop next door is a fabulous bonus! They have excellent coffee and food items. Only caution is that the stairs leading up to the apartment are long and steep - could be very difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Same thing for the tub/shower, as it is difficult to get in and out of if that is something you struggle with. Other than that, this is a perfect place to stay if you are in the Sleepy Eye/Springfield/New Ulm area! Owner was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!"

"Great place to stay in downtown New Ulm. We parked our car and did not use it again until time to leave. We walked everywhere. Great shopping and restaurants. The place (Loft) was very clean and quiet. We loved the deco and atmosphere."

"Our family of 5 adults had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It was very comfortable in every way and had fantastic appliances, amenities (soaps/lotions/coffee options/makeup towels - you name it), outdoor furniture, cleanliness, etc. etc. We would rent again in a heartbeat.Also - we were in the area for a large family reunion, and this rental was by far the best of the accommodations rented by our crew.Thank you, Amy, for an amazing stay."
