Relax with a crisp beverage on the screened patio, offering views of the pond. Featuring a luxurious interior and all-new appliances, this 2BR home provides plenty of room to relax and entertain. LIVING AREA The welcoming open-concept living area features plush seating for the group and a 60 smart TV. KITCHEN & DINING The pristine kitchen is appointed with a full suite of appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of cookware. When its time to dine, gather at the four-person table. BED & BATH This home sleeps up to four guests in two bedrooms. Two tranquil bedrooms are both furnished with a comfy queen-size bed. The bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Sip morning coffee on the screened patio, which offers ample cushioned seating and forest views. An expansive yard features plenty of space to relax or play lawn games. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Parking is available for four cars in the driveway. This single-story home is accessed via five steps at the entryway. THE LOCATION Travel approximately 10 minutes to dining and shopping in downtown Hendersonville. To discover the beauty of the region, enjoy hiking or biking at Pisgah National Forest Preserve or DuPont State Park. Additional entertainment can be found at Flat Rock Playhouse, Sky Top Orchard, or Lake Summit.

The property was more worn than in the pictures. It was clean and was a good value for the money. Yard had lots of mole or vole tunnels making it hazardous to walk around.

Loved the property especially the hot tub. Kayla Cooper did a GREAT job cleaning the property. She was very helpful instructing us on local places to "sight -see" and eat.

Great place in a quaint neighborhood on the Tuck!

Great family friendly place to stay. Fire pit right on the river with relatively easy access to the water. Didn't have any luck catching fish but had a blast while doing it. Gorgeous views all around. Would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to get away.

Cozy Cottage

We really enjoyed the river access and hot tub. The size of the cottage was very comfortable for our family. The road noise was loud at times but unavoidable due to the location.

Cozy Pines was amazing!

Nice updated furnishings and clean accommodations. Beautiful grounds with a wonderful screened in porch overlooking a pond with wildlife. And just a perfect location to access all of the local sites - DuPont Forest, Asheville, Hendersonville, Flat Rock, etc. We will definitely be booking this location again!

Beautiful Cottage in Flat Rock

This is the second time we have stayed at this sweet cottage in Flat Rock. It has been renovated to the highest standard and is spotless and comfortable. We have never stayed anywhere that is better equipped than Cozy Pines and look forward to our next stay.

Great cabin by the river

We were here to attend Open House for our son at Western Carolina University. The location was perfect and the space extremely comfortable and warm. Loved the fireplace and being able to go out to sit by the river and listen to nature. We will be back anytime we come to visit our son if he picks Western Carolina to go to College.

Trout fishing

Got to check in early got settled and started enjoying the back porch and deck that over looked the river. Got two days of fishing and visiting the shops and breweries in Sylva and Bryson City when not fishing. Had steak night Saturday on porch grill.

The cottage was beautifully decorated and extremely clean and comfortable. Perfect serene setting. Literally appeared so clean and well maintained you could eat off of the manicured lawn. The beautiful pond view from the screened in porch was a bonus. Highly recommend this property. Thank you!!

The sweetest cottage in a lovely location! Beautiful kitchen with open plan and 2 comfy bedrooms with really nice bed linens and a new “spa like” bathroom with large shower. The screened porch was so special… morning coffee, relaxing in the afternoon and evening cocktails. Everything was better than we expected. Would definitely stay again and stay longer. We loved it!

Great location in Flat Rock, close to restaurants and great location to explore Hendersonville, and Asheville area. House was unbelievably renovated with all the modern updates while keeping with its original cottage look. Has a well furnished front screened porch that overlooks the pond in the front yard. Would recommend with no hesitation.

Nice weekend getaway

Enjoyed the house. Zero cell service but WiFi was good, cute house. Unfortunately, did not have time to use the hot tub, but we did check it out and it was clean and warm. My only issue was the well water. It is stinky, but common for that area. Just take bottled water.

Cleaning people suck.

It was a very nice property. But the sheets were dirty, The floor was grity, And a hot tub was broken. But the place is beautiful and if it was cleaned properly in the hot tub Worked .It would have been amazing. Hopefully they fired the cleaning people and got good ones That care about their job. And fixed the hottub. I would stsy there again of these things were done.

Beautiful area

The yard was very well maintained, beautiful views, quiet neighborhood. Was not in a secluded area but rarely saw neighbors. The road on the other side of the river was busy and loud with quite a bit of traffic. House could use a good deep cleaning. The back deck needs some desperate attention due to rotting and loose boards and nails sticking up. The hot tub didn’t have any steps so some people in our party couldn’t even get in.
