Little House in Provence—The Watering Trough

Separated entire guest house 72m2 by the pool, 2 bedrooms (160x200 and 140 x190) comfortable mattresses, each bedroom has its own air conditioning at night, mosquito nets. Big room with kitchenette, dining table and sofas, (with a 60-inch TV). 3 private terraces one close to the pool, and 2 more with a beautiful sightseeing on olives trees and pines. Swimming pool 9,5 m x 5,5 salt treatment. You can go to Flayosc on foot (3km) . The first 2 kms are on the edge of the forest, then by a road with very little traffic. Flayosc has all the essential shops plus very good restaurants, some are rated.

Isabel is a painting artist and some of her paintings are in the guest house. Art workshops can be organised on site upon request

L'Abreuvoir is a family home in the truest sense of the word. Our family, scattered throughout France and abroad, meets regularly here.

We have indeed lived abroad for a long time. We love this environment very much. This house has the particularity of making people feel good there.

We only rent occasionally, when neither friends nor family occupy the cottage.

We are sensitive to respect for the environment, as much as we can. We don't'use any chemicals in the garden, we avoid damaging nature, we have our own vegetable garden, and we make our own household products and cosmetics. We also produce our olive oil, and we try to fix things rather than throw them away.

This little house is the image of who we are. We have avoided putting too many new things in it, manufactured at low cost and immediately disposable.

So that you can enjoy your environment perfectly, we offer to lend you balls, if you want to play petanque. We also have a lot of board games, if you want to have a game night with each other. Whatever you need, ask us; We will try to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

It's a quiet environment, and please try to respect that. Our neighbors, normally, don't make any noise. So, we want to avoid doing to them what they don't do to us.

We hope that you will enjoy this corner of paradise in the Middle Var, its small streams, its hilly forests, its villages of character, full of walks.

Flayosc is 45 minutes away from Gorges du Verdon south entry (lac de Ste Croix, 1h from St Tropez, 15 minutes from Tourtour. 25 minutes from Chateaudouble, 45 minutes from Bargemon. Many possible hikes nearby TGV /SNCF station les Arcs: 25 minutes. Nice Airport by car: 1h15 or by train from Les Arcs SNCF station 1h15
