The completely renovated old building apartment is located on the 1st Floor of a Flensburg town house from the 19th Century. The approx. 108 sqm apartment in the 'Bürgerhaus am Oluf' has two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island and two shower rooms. The large windows offer a wonderful view of the famous Norderstrasse with the legendary hanging sneakers from Flensburg.

Wir kamen Freitags Nachmittag an und haben uns über den üblen Geruch gewundert, bis wir feststellten, dass alles, was die (einzige) Toilette runter geht, in der Dusche wieder hochkommt. Darauf wendeten wir uns an die Verwaltung, die nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen einen Klempter sendete, der das Problem so halbwegs beseitigte. Die Wohnung ist ansonsten gut eingerichtet, die Lage ist wundervoll, sehr zentral.

super Wohnung in super zentraler Lage! Einige Sachen wirkten noch nicht ganz fertig renoviert, nichts davon aber störend, was die Funktionalität angehen würde. Wir würden immer wieder her kommen, aufgrund der tollen Lage direkt in der Stadt.
