Mostly very good
I like the location. Everything is in walking distance. The shower is excellent even for Europe. No A/C can be a problem. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are small. No fridge.

Good bits - but annoying additional charge.
Generally good stay in a nice hotel. Tablet in the room is loaded with loads of useful and interesting information. Room did not have a kettle and when I asked about one I was told that there was no housekeeping on at that point. I was told to get a jug of hot water from the bar - I WAS CHARGED €5 for this jug of hot water…only to find that there was a kettle sitting on a trolley in the corridor outside my room for the entire night. It might seem petty - but I think that was an expense that really wasn’t required.

Everything fine except the climb.
The lift only went up to the second floor, so we had to carry all our bags and suitcases up (and down) another level on a rather narrow and twisting staircase. This was quite an effort and even a little risky at our age!

Comfortable room with a nice bathroom. I was there when it was unseasonably hot in Northern Germany. It was a little warm in the room during the night. Room did not have AC. Delicious breakfast. Extremely nice staff. I was very pleased.

Very nice Hotel. Rooms are big and clean. Nice Bar. No Restaurant, only Asian Buffer Restaurant, doesn’t fit to the rest. Good breakfast

DONT go there if you want to sleep
on a hot summer night, it is almost impossible to sleep in the hotel rooms facing the street. there is NO air condition so you need to open the windows and the street is VERY noisy the whole night cars driving on cobblestones

Nice Hotel, close to the centre
Very pleased with our stay. Room was very hot, obviously because of the hot weather over the past days. The windows help a bit, but because we had a front facing room it was very loud. I want to highlight tho that this was only the case when the windows were open. The only bad thing I find is the amount of dust in the bathroom. The watermarks in the toilet, the dots of black mold on the seal of the glad window in the shower. There was also lime stains in the bathroom and on the shower head. But overall very happy with my stay. Would maybe be an idea to get something in order to be able to cool down the room without having to leave the windows open, while you're in the room. Sleeping would have been more smoothly with the windows shut, after the hotel is right at the main street and next to the police station and next to the main bus station. Very happy and helpful Staff. Would recommend this hotel and will bare it in mind for next time I visit Flensburg.

Just a one night stay and a snow storm! Room was comfortable, parking close by. Staff directed me to a brew pub up the street for an enjoyable dinner! Friendly staff and Hotel is in a very good location for Flensburg!

Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund der guten Bewertungen und des attraktiven Angebots ausgewählt. Wir haben Übernachtung ohne Frühstück gewählt, da uns 20 EUR p.P . für Frühstück-Buffet nicht angemessen erscheint. Insbesondere in der zentralen Lage gibt es wenige Fuß-Minuten entfernt diverse, gute Möglichkeiten zum Frühstücken. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral, so dass die Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sehr gut erreichbar sind. Das Doppelzimmer war klein und die Fenster waren nicht schallisoliert, was hinsichtlich der zentralen Lage und der damit verbundenen Lautstärke ein Minuspunkt ist. Leider haben wir dies bei der Buchung nicht geahnt, sonst hätten wir eine bessere Zimmerkategorie gewählt. Die positiven Bewertungen zeigen, dass es auch ruhige, gute Zimmer gibt. Das Zimmer war bei der Anreise sauber. Die Betten waren mittelmäßig. Das Badezimmer verfügte über keine spürbare Abluft, was ein weiterer Kritikpunkt ist. Fazit. Lage der Hotels ist prima. Bei der Zimmerauswahl ist auf die Kategorie zu achten, wenn man auf ruhigen und erholsamen Schlaf Wert legt.
