This house is located in the Les Sentolines residence in Saint Pierre la Mer. It has a private parking space in front of the house. Some stairs are required to access the house.

On the ground floor you will find a lounge-kitchen with sofa, a well-equipped kitchenette with 4-burner ceramic hob, Senso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, extractor fan, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, satellite TV with French and German channels, DVD player, HIFI.
The first floor comprises a bedroom with television (screen only for connecting a console or other), wardrobe and bunk beds (140x190 + 90x190).
The second bedroom has a 160x200 bed and a storage cupboard.
The shower room with toilet, shower cubicle and heated towel rail is on the first floor.

With its 8 kilometres of sandy beaches, Saint Pierre La Mer is a popular seaside resort. Part of the commune of Fleury d'Aude, this small village hosts a delightful typical southern market on the seafront every day of the year. Not far away, in the Massif de la Clape, a protected natural heritage site: the exceptional Oeil doux chasm offers a delightful sight not to be missed, with a beautiful view of the sea and ponds in the distance.
