The villa is situated at only 1 minute walk from the beach (distance: 65 m), along the road parallel to the coastal road. You will no doubt have a unique experience with quietness which justly characterizes the locality with the well-positioned villa away from the hustle and bustle of vehicle flux on the coastal road but at the same time, comfortably placed at a short distance away from the readily accessible sandy beach... and you're ready to bask in the sun! An absolute bliss.

It is ideally situated close to the beach with some views of the lagoon and the beach. It has a rare combination of a large garden space and high proximity with the sea beach. The apartment, situated on the first floor, consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 kitchen and dining space , balcony and washroom.

    Villa tres bien équipée

    Très bon accueil, la villa est tres spacieuse pour 2 personnes. Tout près de la mer. Les pieds dans l'eau.seul bémol, les pavés de verre, au niveau du plafond dans l'entrée. Ce qui apporte énormément de chaleur, a l'appartement. Allez, visiter cette île!! Merci a ATUL, très,très agréable. Viviane

    emplacement à deux pas de la plage, propriétaire à l'écoute en cas de soucis, bonne surprise le ménage et changement du linge de maison fait chaque semaine. des petits supermarchés à quelques minutes à pied. à conserver dans ses adresses
