Furnished studio rental, the area is around 50 MTS square, like a T2. The studio is on the first floor with a view of the swimming pool.
It is also equipped with a mini kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, gas range and all utensils. The studio is located in a residential area, where it has no noise and the owner lives next to studios.
We are authorized to rent by the Ministry of Tourism of the island and we also have a Rental Certificate. The village and the public beach are 5 minutes walk from the studio.
