Lovely room , clean and spacious however staff were mean and the way they speak to us were poor. We had to checkout at 10am , we end up checking out 10:15 and received multiple calls from staff speaking very rude. Ramada Resort by Wyndham Phillip Island
Spotless villa, very comfortable. Well equipped. Facilities onsite excellent. Staff amazing especially Andy on reception. Ate in the restaurant, pizzas were excellent.
