"We were extremely disappointed with amenities available. NO microwave, NO toaster, NO bowls and spoons, NO toilet brush. Difficulty filling a kettle under the basin tap. Poor seating, Door was not draft proof. Why so many lights?"

"Property was listed as having a queen bed, 2 singles and a queen sofa bed. What it actually had was a queen bed (which was comfy, clean, enough blankets, all good), a sofa bed which wasn’t great to sleep on, and one small thin mattress over a slab of wood basically which was meant to be one of the ..."
