Great facilities, great service, great little kitchen area in the room, great breakfast (Eggs, sausage, French toast sticks were yum!). The BEST thing I enjoyed was the pool area WITH Waterfall! Arcade and large sitting area. AC worked great.

Overall I had a good stay. The hotel was clean and the employees in general were very good, polite and helpful. The only issue was at check-in. I arrived a little early and I asked the person at the front desk, I believe she was the manager, if I could check in early. I understood there would be a fee to pay. Her response was a bit rude and not very professional, her tone of voice was not friendly. I do understand though that they were very busy that day because there were two weddings happening and a lot of customers. I would stay here again and I do recommend it, but I hope they can improve the customer service attitude at the front desk during busy times. You don’t won’t upstairs if you are traveling, as there is no elevator. We had problems in the bathroom where the camode had problems a few times. It seemed like there were mechanical issues going on. We did have a great time, we enjoyed the pool which was really nice inside. We will definitely be back again.
