The room was actually really clean. I have had some bad hotel rooms in flint but this was a good one. They also have coffee, tea, and hot chocolate 24/7 and the tea selection was decent. Staff were very kind. I really can’t say anything bad except the hot water wasn’t super hot.

I just don’t understand why people are rated it so low because of towels because you can go to front and get extra towels and front desk staff is great she let us check in early and we will definitely stay again, the breakfast was good, parking lot was good too no complaints about noise very good experience.

The workers were pleasant and helpful. The cleanliness of the resort as a whole was fine. Our room however, smelled musty and like feet. And our room door was knocked on by random people 3 different times. One of those times being at 4am, waking my kids. I’ll probably avoid this Holiday Inn in the future.
