This entire home, is a quant country home, fully furnished, & has a pool, fire-pit area & a fully fenced in backyard. A great place to call home for any amount of time. Conveniently located 4-6 min from TN / St Elmo, side of Lookout Mountain, a central part of Chattanooga, close to everything! Please keep in mind this is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath home. The bathroom is not huge. Keep in mind if bringing multiple people. This is your private, relaxing destination!

The space
You will have access to the entire home. This includes the master bedroom, with a king bed. The guest room, with a queen bed. Then you will have your own kitchen, living room, and another bedroom with another queen bed and two twin beds. You will have exclusive access to the wide back porch, pool, fire-pit area fully fenced in backyard. The front yard is also good sized and has a great view of Lookout Mountain.

Perfectly located just a few miles away from Incline Railway, Rock City, Ruby Falls, and restaurants / ice cream. Located right minutes from Lookout Mountain it is minutes to Rock City, Ruby Falls and just 15 minutes to downtown Chattanooga. Catch the connection to the popular Chattanooga RiverWalk just a short drive away from St Elmo, which you can take all the way to downtown and along the Tennessee river.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home. This includes the master bedroom, with a king bed. The guest room, with a queen bed. The pool will be closed for the season from October thru April.

Other things to note
-The one bathroom is not huge. Keep in mind if bringing multiple people.

-The road and driveway are gravel and you can park up to a max of 4 cars (not large trucks). Drivers are responsible for their own vehicles and any damage to them or the landscaping.

-This home has a max occupancy of 9 guests but that really only works when some of the guests are children. There are three bedrooms. One with a King bed in the Master bedroom, the Queen bed in the secondary bedroom, and the 3rd has a twin over queen bunk and an additional twin bed.

-Please keep in mind this home has other homes around, so quiet hours are to be observed from 10pm-8am.

-The parking limit is 4 regular sized cars or 2 cars and an oversized vehicle.

-Happy to have infants, just know we don't not have outlet plugs, or foam guards, a crib or pac-n-play etc.
