"From the outside the hotel looked slightly dated but the inside was a pleasant surprise. The room was updated and very nice and it was clean. This hotel is a great location to walk to downtown shops and restaurants and is very near the entrance to Yellowstone. The breakfast area seating was full, good food selection. I would definitely stay here again."
"The property was just fine in an historic building. The lobby area was very nice with a good homely seating area. The reception staff were friendly On street parking is quite plentiful and free. The breakfast finished quite early at 09:00. The room as expected in such an old building was quite basic but that doesn’t mean it should be discounted as an option. The town is good with plentiful dining and shops to look around."
"The rooms were clean but showed some wear and tear. Breakfast was adequate, would have wanted eggs and bacon though. What bothered us was there seemed to have been mice on the 3rd floor ceiling which kept us awake late at night."
"La habitación necesita un poco de cambio la alfombra , la cama aunque cómoda el frame estaba viejo y feo, las almohadas cómodas y limpias, el baño muy bien remodelado, es muy conveniente cerca de la entrada de Yellowstone, el día del checking 15 junio la señora muy amable , el día 17 en la noche fui a preguntar unas cosas al front desk y me atendió una joven que a penas me miró ni me respondió lo que buscaba estaba en una conversación al teléfono , a penas me miró."
"The property was well kept and very nice rustic log cabin style. It was better than advertised and the staff was VERY nice and helpful. The hot tub was great, we never saw anyone else using it but we did and it was great! There was plenty of parking near your cabin. The cabin itself was exactly what you hope for, large, rustic, clean, cozy and well kept. Plus, It’s an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants in West Yellowstone"
