The host was reachable once I got past the AI responses on the chat. She was not accessible through the app though. There were quite a lot of bugs and the dishes didn't seem to be clean. When I was sitting on the chair, I had to flick ants off of me. When we first got there we were unable to reach the host, but eventually she let us in. While it was cold outside, it was very hot inside and the AC did not really help. The "snacks" provided consisted of three bags of goldfish with a kurig that had no pods. The host and her family live upstairs so you could hear people frequently. Not that surprising, but just a heads up the walls are thin.
