"The overall experience staying here was very good. The only drawback was that it’s a bit far from downtown and the historical sites in Florence, so we had to take a taxi every time we went out."

"The hotel was very clean and had great amenities in the room. Close to restaurants and shopping. Front desk staff were very helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent with many options. Pool was good for a quick dip on a hot day but not a full swimming pool and not many lounge chairs. Spa was nice too. Water station on each floor and washer and dryer was nice to have (need euros). Skip the room service pizza. It was not good at all. Many other places to find good pizza. "
