"My reservation was messed up, but the manager took care of us. I was supposed to have a suite with two bedrooms because my husband and I were traveling with my elderly mother, but we had a regular room with a king bed when we arrived for check-in. There were no more suites available, so we were given a room with 2 queen beds. It wasn't the best of conditions considering my mother likes it warm and my husband likes to sleep with the t.v. on. So both of them had to deal with discomfort on the first night. We realize it was out of the manager's control, so we were okay. The next morning, as soon as the suite was available, we were able to move to the correct room. The manager was apologetic, courteous, and accomondating. His name is Matthew Swartzbaugh. He handled the situation very well."

"The breakfast was fresh both days, but Sunday breakfast taste way better! My only complaints were there was mold on the ice holder top in the room, we reserved for 6 people and only got towels for 3. When asked for more the maid gave us 3 pool towels. It was an inconvenience to have to go down and beg for more towels and sheets for the sofa bed. The shower items was only enough for one day. "

"I had low expectations coming in, but I was a bit surprised about the property. It was clean and didn’t have foul smells; the breakfast was as good as any normal hotel breakfast. The indoor pool was extremely warm, which was great, and the hot tub was working perfectly. It's definitely being maintained; I saw them mopping the floors and consistently taking out the trash."

"My room was not cleaned well. There was a lot of hair in the shower, the bed sheets had a big huge yellow stain (looked like pee), there was a crack in the window which didn’t allow the room to cool well, and it just didn’t feel comfortable whatsoever. I won’t book again sorry. And plus there was police outside arresting someone not once but twice. "

"The breakfast was good. Plenty of parking. Only complaint is there was no water pressure in the shower. But otherwise it was a good stay and will definitely stay again "

"The Hyatt Cedar Park is in a beautiful area, and the property itself is clean, modern, and a great value, especially with free parking and a convenient location. My room met expectations, but the staff experience was inconsistent: Monday’s front desk team was excellent, while Tuesday night and Wednesday morning service felt inattentive and lacking in hospitality. The complimentary breakfast was fine for being included, but the powdered eggs were a big disappointment for me. Overall, I would rate it 3 stars because the hotel itself is solid, but service and attention to detail need improvement."

"There was hair in the sink when we first arrived and the sink didn’t drain at all. There were also crumbs all over the couch in the room… do not recommend even if you’re trying to go cheap."
