Woodspring Suites Cedar Park - Austin North

4/10 Poor

"No coffee even though advertised. What motel runs out of supplies to make coffee? Flea bites on arms and legs in room. Towels not properly cleaned caused issues. Room not very clean. Debris on bathroom floor upon arrival. Blinds broken and no curtains so impossible to block light coming through. Randomly charged $2.26 after paying in full upfront. When I asked about it they did issue credit but never should have been charged in the first place."

"Great location close to restaurants and stores. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are very comfortable and the A/C works great. The only thing that I did not care for is the smell of animals in the hallways and room...however, it is very pet friendly, which is a plus."
