"We were there for 4 days and the elevator was out of service the entire time of our stay. The ice machine on our floor didnt work either. Carpets in hallways were stained and the entire hotel looked like it was in need of an update/maintenance. Requested a late check out, but that wasn't possible and was asked to leave immediately at checkout time. It looked like it was a nice hotel at one time, but hasn't really been taken care of."

"I checked in and left for dinner, but when I came back it was so humid that the clothes I had out in the room were damp. We told the front desk and they offered to switch our room so we did. There were two instances though in between the hours of 2am and 4am where someone had a key and opened the door with the only thing stopping them from being able to get in being the small door stopper latch ok the inside. We could also hear two men talking outside the door but of course we didn’t walk up to it. In the morning when we checked out, the lady in the front desk told us that one of the overnight staff was trying to get in the room because they accidentally double booked the room when moving us from the humid room. I honestly still questioned our safety at that hotel, the staff was very nice though they had good customer service."
