After making my reservation with Expedia( confirmed payment and receipt), at check-in, the staff member adamantly stated payment was not made and he couldn’t give me the key to the room. He was not trying to see my proof of booked confirmation or receipt. He even tried to charge my card twice! (after asking to see it for verification) without even telling me he was going to do so. The whole situation was handled HORRIBLY by that staff member!
I asked to speak to his manager and his response was he couldn’t do that because he was out of the country! Do not recommend! Please be aware when booking!
