Property looked great on the outside however the rooms were not what was expected. Shower door was broken and would not stay closed. Bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were awful. Staff was not friendly.

Hous keeping tried to get in despite having DND sign on the door and thinking my checkout was at 11 am but in fact it was at 1 pm and upon reaching supervisor, she was the rudest person I’ve met in my entire hotel stay experiences in my life. I just asked her “why the hell was house keeping trying to get in despite having DND sign and checkout confirmed for 1 pm”. She said I was rude and hang up on me. On top of it she threatened me to kick out upon calling again. Very unprofessional and dangerous place to stay
