I have never complained but the staff at this particular Quality Inn was rude & the conditions at the hotel were not up to par. The room they set us up in was marked off with caution tape and was under construction. So we had to go back to the desk to change rooms. When we let them know they were short and rude with us for asking - as a reminder, they set us up in a room which was clocked off for construction w/caution tape all around it. Later in the night after returning home from our gig we were there for we had a roach in our room and no one was available at the front desk to help. We're woken up by screaming at 11AM. Both times we called to ask about possible early check in the staff was rude on the phone. Will not use this hotel again.

This is a wonderful and welcoming place to stay. Even though we got there late, after 10 PM, the staff was friendly and asked us if we needed anything else. I would highly recommend this asca great place to stay.

It’s my second time staying at this hotel. The room I got this time needed a bit more cleaning. The hair dryer was falling off its wall mount and so was the toilet paper in the bathroom. I did notify the employee when I checked out about these 2 minor issues. I did forget to let him know that the refrigerator is not working properly. I like the location of this hotel and its surroundings. There are a few places to eat and shop right next door. I will stay again whenever I travel again.
