Smugglers Cove is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1002 square foot mobile home just .3 miles (3 blocks) from the beach. While it doesn't have a view it has a marvelous wind protected deck, and a fenced yard for your furry friends. While you can't see the ocean - you can hear it. Enjoy the sounds of the surf while sitting in front of the outdoor Chimenea fireplace. Another bonus to this home is being located on a corner lot, which makes this a very private location.

Once you enter this gem, you can't believe you are in a mobile home. The main living area was totally remodeled with gorgeous real wood cabinets, a wood laminate floor, and plaster walls. The living room, kitchen and dining area are one large room, so the whole family can gather and not miss anything. It has a gourmet kitchen with glass cooktop and separate oven. There is a bar for 2, a cafe table for 2, and a dining room table for 6. A 40 inch flat panel television with streaming internet TV(Roku) with FrndlyTV. You'll also find a built in desk for your laptop conveniently located next to the High Speed cable internet connection.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with Queen beds and a small bedroom with a full size futon, that's perfect for children. There's a second TV in the futon room so the kids will have a place to hook up a game box, or watch a DVD. The largest queen bedroom has a 32 inch TV hooked up to a Roku as well. The sofa in the living room is also a queen hide-a-bed. The house also comes equipped with a full size washer & dryer, and a bathroom with a walk in shower(sorry no bathtub).

If you walk out to the street you can see the ocean, and with such a short walk, you'll be putting your toes in the sand in no time! Outback is a large deck,18 inch Weber charcoal kettle grill, and fenced yard for your furry friends. You can soak up the sun, and listen to the sounds of the ocean, or in the evenings kick back and unwind from your day next to a cozy fire in the chimenea fireplace (wood provided).
