Enjoyed our stay. The employees were welcoming and very helpful. The room was very clean and the wood flooring added to the feeling of cleanliness. I would stay there again for sure.

This location was perfect for our 2 night stay to see the Ark and Creation Museum! The breakfast was nice and our kids loved the lobby area with all of the game options. It is also close to plenty of restaurant options for dinner.

The room reserved was supposed to have 2 beds and when we arrived they told us they only had rooms with a king bed. We we’re traveling with 3 people, so this was not good news. I ended up going a buying an air mattress for our son, since there wasn’t even a couch for him to sleep on.

Only issue was Expedia charged me 136 for the room but the hotel gave me a receipt for 95… so this has caused issues for me. My employer reimburses for the amount of the hotel receipt… I’m going to lose money!!! Trying to get this resolved!

This is my go to spot to stay. The staff is very kind. The free breakfast buffet is delicious. There’s plenty to do at the hotel. The rooms are spacious.

This property is one of the nicest I have stayed at. It was very clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, the free breakfast was fresh and yummy and it is located close to SO many restaurants and even shopping. It’s also a plus that it is a short trip to the airport. The complimentary hand soap in the bathroom of the room is a game changer. No one does that and it is much needed. Such a thoughtful and needed touch. I also loved the lemon sugar scent of the product. The lobby is comfortable for doing some work or reading a book. I was truly impressed with the place. So clean.

Location was close to the interstate and was near both restaurants and shopping. Room was clean and reasonably comfortable. Shower was small but the spa sprayers were nice. The absence of a coffee maker in the rooms is a negative. Having to go to the lobby for coffee when you wake up is inconvenient. Breakfast was disappointing. Several carb options, but no apples or bananas. Eggs and sausage were cold. Had to settle for oatmeal.

We were traveling with our 2 dogs when arriving we were informed there was a 75$ fee per pet which was more that cost of room. Will not stay at this TRU again.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The room were very small compared to other Hilton hotels. The room wasn't inviting, it was very small and displeasing.

We stayed 3 nights. The shower was the best part of the room. The bed squeaked when I sat on it. The wood box frame was a little uncomfortable when I was sitting with my feet on the floor. The room was clean, and housekeeping made up our bed each day. Enjoyed the breakfast, nothing fancy, but good.

We had a short one night stay. Had to leave before breakfast so don’t know how it was. Didn’t like the pillows on the bed, no support. Otherwise it was a very nice hotel to stay at.

Great hotel!
We really enjoyed our stay at Tru. The hotel was clean, the breakfast had plenty of options and was kept well stocked and maintained and there were plenty of things to do during our down time. Having an indoor pool, pool table, board games, etc made our stay very enjoyable especially for our kids. Staff was friendly and helpful. We also liked that there was a free shuttle to get us back and forth to the airport. I couldn't have asked for much more. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
