"Close to riverwalk- few minutes drive. "

"We didnt even stay there. The house was sworming with bugs, had holes all around the outside of the house. The neighbor hood was ugly and we felt very unsafe. Not cozy at all."

"My experience with this property was not satisfactory, mainly because of the restriction placed on the air conditioning. In the middle of summer in San Antonio, with extremely high outdoor temperatures, the thermostat was programmed so that guests could not lower the temperature below 71°F. For our family, this made the house feel too warm, especially at night. I believe that when renting an entire property and paying for a stay, guests should be able to adjust the air conditioning to a...

"This is a hired company, acting on someone else's behalf with zero communication. Completely stressful when it should not have been. There IS a deposit that you have to email them a picture of your credit card, ID and a selfie but the actual amount isn't listed. Even Expedia had no clue the deposit amount. The area is not a good area, actually marked as an area to avoid. But we had no issues. House was clean but trash in the front yard and back yard. Biggest issue was communication, our place...

"The vacation home was very cozy and comfortable. Everything was nice and clean in the home. My family and I would definitely stay in this home again."

"Not so good neighbor hood "

"We did not stay at the location as we were not aware of the area. Also not aware that the property had a guest house with people staying there."

"There are a few things you should know before you book. This property is nice. We had a good stay, but immediately upon arrival you will realize that there are many rules to abide by or you will lose your deposit. It became a running joke between all of us during our stay. We were actually very careful to try to do everything correctly so that we would not lose the deposit. We took very good care of the home. The day after checkout i recieved an email explaining that we had broken the rules and...

"House was beautiful and clean. Communication with host was quick and smooth. Would definitely stay again."

"Do not stay here!! The home is in the ghetto. We were afraid to leave our car out all night. not only that but the communication with the management company is terrible. They sent us multiple emails and phone calls asking for the same registration card to be completed....we had already completed! We arrived at the house on Christmas day and the door code did not work. I then had to argue with the management company on the phone about the multiple times we had sent in the info they required...
