This apartment forms part of a newly refurbished 100-year-old townhouse, situated just a short 15 minute walk from Valletta, and just off the Grand Harbour Cruise liner terminal and vibrant waterfront. The building has been expertly renovated to the highest standards, retaining its original character yet enjoying all the comforts one would expect to find in a modern property.

The design concept is Retro and this apartment has an abundance of light and space. It has been lovingly restored and designed with careful attention to detail, retaining the character and authenticity of the place.
