Lugar fantástico

A localizacao é perfeita, a infraestrutura nas areas de uso comum também é ótima. O quarto é bem confortável e o café da manhã muito completo e saboroso. O unico ponto que deixou a desejar foi a limpeza do banheiro do quarto. No box o rejunte dos pisos e azulejos estava bem escurecido, com sinais de limo deixando a impressão que não passa por uma limpeza mais detalhada a algum tempo. Mas mesmo assim, valeu muito a pena, certamente voltaremos.

Excelente custo benefício.

A estada foi maravilhosa. Quarto excelente e bastante funcional. Parece que estamos em uma casa muito grande. Acolhimento excelente. Apenas achei que o restaurante deixou a desejar no primeiro dia. Não estavam preparados para o nosso grande grupo de 12 pessoas. Mas a comida, quando chegou, estava ótima. A localização do Flat é excelente. Em frente à praia e circundado por muitas opções de excelentes restaurantes. Se voltar a Floripa, com certeza me hospedaria no Flat Pietra.
