Uma crítica construtiva.

Me hospedei de 10 a 14 de janeiro, diferente de alguns comentários que já vi, chegamos lá e estava tudo limpo e em ordem, porém o chuveiro não estava esquentando, informei na recepção e logo vieram arrumar, deixaram o chão do banheiro sujo e não foram limpar, fui informado que a limpeza do quarto é feita a cada dois dias, mas em nenhum dos dias ela foi realizada, apenas deixaram mais toalhas, então pedi uma vassoura pra tentar limpar um pouco (algo que poderia ser fixo nos bangalôs, pois querendo ou não sempre tem areia), fora isso a estadia foi incrível, os recepcionistas todos simpáticos, a praia é pertinho e pra quem não gosta também tem a opção da piscina, tem a trilha do gravatá que fica próxima e é bem tranquila e bares por perto também que são bem bons, com certeza voltaria novamente mas levaria uma vassoura.

Já vi esse lugar com atendimento melhor

Já vivi estadias melhores nesse lugar, na entrada um colaborador chamado Ronaldo queria cobrar early check in de 36 minutos, estávamos em 2 bangalôs, um deles só foi entregue as 14h30 isso depois de esperarmos desde as 12hs. Muitos pernilongos mal deu pea dormir e a limpeza já vi dias melhores. Tirando esse péssimo atendimento no checkin o café apesar de pago é top e os demais staffs são muito simpáticos e atenciosos.

Pousada bastante simples. Os aptos tinham uma minicozinha com cooktop e geladeira grande. Otimo para levar suas proprias bebidas, lembrando que o aeroporto de Floripa tem supermercado a precos ok. Limpeza ok. Cafe da manha simples, mas suficiente para comecar o dia. O Melhor e a localizacao em frente a praia!

Lugar incrível, apesar de algumas problemas.

A pousada em si é linda! A vista é maravilhosa, as acomodações são boas, limpas e com tudo direitinho. O que deixou a desejar foi o atendimento e a recepção. Além disso, reservei e paguei pela suíte principal (com vista para o mar) no entanto ao chegar lá iriam me colocar no quarto bem do fundo, reclamei e mostrei minha reserva e infomaram que já estava com ocupada e que o site Hotéis.com havia disponibilizado os quartos errados (mesmo eu mostrando o comprovante com o nome do quarto e mostrado as conversas com a pousada, sobre o quarto, meses antes. Em fim disponibilizaram um quarto com vista para o mar, o que apaziguou a situação. Tirando essa situação chata e o desleixo com o café da manhã (pago por fora, pois é terceirizado), eu super recomendo o lugar pois parece que estamos no paraíso. Minha única sugestão é quanto a melhoria no atendimento.

Boa localização, mas exige melhorias

Para quem quer praia, a localização é ótima: basta atravessar a rua para ir à Praia Mole. Os funcionários são ótimos, super atenciosos, mas a administração do lugar parece ter parado no tempo. A acomodação tem estilo anos 90 e nunca foi renovada. Há fio elétrico exposto, as paredes são sujas, há diversos furos na parede e a geladeira está enferrujada. Não entendi muito bem porque há TV a cabo, já que o pacote contratado é o básico. O lençol era velho e estava manchado. O piso de pano do banheiro também tinha manchas. Apesar disso, há um aviso no banheiro que você será cobrado, caso a toalha seja manchada. O apartamento estava empoeirado em diversas partes. Supermercados e restaurantes estão próximos, cerca de 15 minutos a pé (morro).

A estadia foi boa, é bem localizado, um bom curso benefício. Mas o café da manhã é cobrado a parte, a acomodação que eu peguei não tinha a vista do mar que aparecia na foto da reserva e havia um vão com uma tela de madeira para a rua onde ouvia barulho dos quartos vizinhos e entrava mosquitos.
