Excelente custo benefício e centro de Floripa, se faz à pé a zona central. Atenção, domingo não têm quase nada aberto, menos e 1º de estabelecimentos abertos, sequer farmácias abrem e a mais próxima na rede Angenoli. Hotel antigo, mas bom pelo preço. Café básico...

A esta saia atendeu as expectativas que eram necessárias, com bom café da manhã e quarto. No entanto o serviço de estacionamento deixou a desejar, especialmente para viajantes que chegam de madrugada, como foi nosso caso. Chegamos passado das 4h da manhã, e precisamos levar o veículo, em um estacionamento privado, que na primeira tentativa não abriu o portão. Ninguém na portaria estava disponível para manobrar o veículo. Ou seja, a viagem que fiz foram de mais de 6h, e ao chegar não tive um serviço, mesmo pagando o adicional. A abertura do portão só aconteceu na segunda tentativa, para estacionar o veículo, sem contar que o trecho de caminhada é curto, mas em uma região considerada perigosa de Florianópolis (centro). Também, não foi possível seguir a orientação do hotel, visto que não havia colaboradores identificado a para receber a chave. Recomenda-se então uma melhora neste serviço, mesmo terceirizado, se o hotel oferta então que seja uma oferta coerente, em que hóspede não se importa de ter que pagar, mas que não tenha que fazer tudo.

Me hospedei anteriormente, mas essa vez foi ruim

Não tinha toalha de rosto no quarto e quando pedimos, não recebemos pois era só durante o dia para solicitar. O meu edredon estava sujo. Ligamos duas noites na recepção e não atenderam. O elevador estava demorando muito e um deles aparentava estar com problema.
