Chegamos uma hora após o horário de início do check-in e não havia quarto disponível para a gente. Tivemos que esperar encontrarem um quarto que só tinha uma cama (na reserva foi solicitado com duas) e quando estávamos no quarto abriram a porta sem nem bater, foi uma situação extremamente desconfortável, além de ter o quadro de energia exposto no quarto e que só foi consertado após nossa reclamação enquanto estávamos hospedadas.

Péssimo local

Já fiquei algumas vezes no Cecomtur e único motivo de voltar é o preço, quando está abaixo de 200 reais e não encontro outro hotel na região. Colchão ruim, roupa de cama manchada, quarto sujo, cabelo grudado na parede do banheiro, café da manhã bem fraco, bastante poeira no chão do quarto a ponto de não conseguir andar descalço e atendimento muito lento.

Otimo custo e benefícios! Fica perto de muitas lojas, Terminal Rodoviario e Terminal de Ônibus Municipal para fazer integração a outros lugares em Floripa! A unica coisa a desejar foi em questao ao chuveiro. Percebi que quando se usava em um quarto o banho quente, nao funcionava a do meu quarto. O chuveiro só funcionou no ultimo dia de viagem

Pessimo atendimento com cliente

A qualidade da internet é pessima, se o hotel estiver cheio não consegue conectar . Viajei para realizar uma prova na área médica e expliquei que precisava de internet no quarto para estudar. Pois bem: os funcionários me ofereceram para ir estudar na academia. Eu não aceitei aí me trocaram de quarto. Não voltaria jamais nesse hotel. Já estive nessa rede de hotéis em Recife (excelente, super indico ) e o tratamento e a qualidade foi totalmente diferente!

Ja iniciamos os problemas no check in, onde após dar o horario do mesmo, ficaram enrolando para liberar, pois noa tinham quartos liberados para tal. Apenas duas pessoas atendendo, e uma multidão aguardando, com filas enormes. Depois de uma hora após o horario do check in, consigo acesso ao me quarto, onde nao tinha agua no banheiro (pia), apenas no chuveiro. Questionei uma pessoa da limpeza que disse que estavam fazendo uma manutencao X no andaer (mentira pois sai de l sem agua ainda). Quarto sem telefone de cmunicacao com a recepcao. Wi-fi que nao tem acesso a internet. Café da manha que nao faz juz a uam estrela. Uma zona com qulidade pessima do pouco alimento que tinha. Enfim, experiencia mais do que desagradavel.
