The residence has a great location in relation to the sea (approximately 200 meters) calm of the beach of Cachoeira do Bom Jesus, supermarkets, pharmacy, central fruit, vegetables and several restaurants. The large fully enclosed backyard with wall, electric fence and remote controlled gate provides great conditions for children and pets. The street is quiet, with only residents.
In the value of the rental / lodging, this included the supply of: Bed linen, bath and face towels, beach chairs, umbrella, pay TV in the living room and internet access (100 Mbts).
Between March and Christmas the value is proportional to the number of guests. Each occupant less than the total (nine) there is a discount of $ 20.00 up to the minimum limit of four guests.

A casa do Sr. João é maravilhosa!! exatamente como mostra nas fotos, espaçosa, pátio maravilhoso!! Cozinha super equipada, muitas toalhas de banho e rosto, opção de jogo de cama para troca. Sr. João é muito atencioso e esteve sempre disponível para nos auxiliar. A casa fica próximo ao mar, podendo fazer todo trajeto a pé, assim como mercados, farmácias, restaurantes e posto de gasolina. Tivemos uma estadia muito confortável e tranquila. A casa oferece tudo que é necessário para o conforto de todos. Minha única ressalva importante é quanto a churrasqueira. Impossível de utilizar quando chove devido não ser coberta. A churrasqueira merece atenção com limpeza, cobertura, grelha. Como fiquei 9 dias tive que comprar uma churrasqueira tipo tambor para me socorrer... A limpeza da casa também poderia ser um pouco melhor... Mas nada que tire o brilho do imóvel. Em geral, gostamos muito do imóvel e recomendo a qualquer um que procura um bom imóvel!

Eu e minha família estivemos hospedados nessa linda e maravilhosa casa por seis dias. O João, dono da residência, nos recepcionou muito bem e nos deu ótimas dicas. A casa é perfeita para se hospedar! O proprietário pensou em cada detalhe para o conforto do hóspede. Não há necessidade de levar nada! Ela é montada com utensílios de cozinha, internet, Ar condicionado em todos os quartos, toalhas, cadeiras e guarda-sol, tv e canais a cabo, além de estar muito bem localizada... Há muito próximo da casa restaurantes, mercado, farmácia e comércios variados. Enfim, Tudo de bom! Super recomendo...
