Comfortable apartment to spend your vacation with all comfort and security on one of the best beaches in Florianópolis. The property has 01 suite + 01 bedroom (all with wardrobes and ceiling fan), bathroom, integrated living and dining room, very large and fully equipped and furnished kitchen. Service area with washing machine. Balcony with charcoal barbecue and protected by mosquito nets. 03 fixed and covered parking spaces. Electronic gate of the garage and cobbled street and close to several local shops, eliminating the use of a car for basic purchases. Restaurant with buffet a kilo distant 100 meters from the property. Within 50 meters there is a bakery, mini market etc. Municipal public bus passing less than 30 meters from the apartment. it is located in a cul-de-sac with a calm and safe neighborhood, away from the nightlife, enabling peaceful nights of sleep.
