Guests will have access to a differentiated, modern, organized, very well equipped, excellently located and safe place.

The 76m² property has a suite with a DOUBLE BED AND 32“ SMART TV, a bedroom with two SINGLE BEDS, a living room equipped with a 50” SMART TV, and a balcony with a barbecue. All rooms have SPLIT AC.

IMPORTANT!

1st - The common areas advertised in this notice may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined exclusively by the condominium management. Therefore, the availability of use of these areas is subject to these possible prohibitions.

2nd - In accordance with the condominium's rules, Me2 requests identification documents from each guest as soon as the reservation is confirmed.
