"My hubby and I absolutely loved this place. The pool was super warm and huge! My only complaint was not for the resort or its employees, but in the other guests that ignored the policies of no smoking and no glass in the pool area. Super frustrating to smell cigarette smoke all afternoon in the pool area and the guests that were so disrespectful to the other guests by continuing to smoke. The guy that dropped his glass bottle at least picked it up but, I am sure there will be some small shards that may cut someone. I am not trying to be a karen but, seriously, follow the rules!"

"Absolutely loved it!! The beach / lounge area had a ton of space to spread out, snorkeling was amazing (watch out for anemones, and be careful snorkeling more than 10 or so meters off the dock as boats come by). The beds were so cozy and the staff was very nice. The hotel is next to or to Snooks, which has amazing food and drinks. Grab a cocktail in a plastic cup to have by the beach or pool! There is also a CVS/walgreens walking distance away. The hotel felt like an oasis away from everything though - you couldn't hear cars on the road and it truly felt like you were in a private little island. They seemed a bit under staffed. Our room didn't get cleaned, and they didn't have enough room keys for us to have more than one. This didn't bother us, and I am sure if we asked about a cleaning they would have done it, but we did notice this. We also had trouble finding pool towels, and brought our own from home. We truly didn't want to leave and would come back in a heartbeat!!"

"Staff was great on my late check in Biggest issue was I stayed there just to launch my boat It’s a very difficult ramp with the only option of backing down Problem was cars were parked were it would have been almost impossible to back in . I ended up going to the public ramp at 7 mile bridge . "

"Received an email the day before our stay informing us that our room had been changed due to a maintenance issue. We had booked a premium room with balcony but were given a basic studio. While the location of the studio was good, right on the waterfront, the condition of the room itself was below expectation. The blind at the window was dirty and broken. The small table base was rusty with some tissue preventing it from wobbling. The kitchen was in need of an update. The bathroom was tiny. The bed was very uncomfortable and the aircon unit was extremely noisy. We were only staying 1 night so put up with it, but would not have stayed another night. The only positive was the location of the room, with a great view of a stunning sunset. But our original premium room would have offered the same. Feel very sad to have mentioned so many negatives, but was overall disappointed with the room."

"Room is okay, bathroom half glass, no curtain. Breakfast okay. Parking full. Private beach, nah, not for kids play. Front desk during check-in is kind of rude answers. Mosquitos beware."
