"A clean, very well equipped apartment on a lovely quiet little street. Looks like a very recent renovation of an historic building. We had a bit of a problem getting in as the instructions were sent very late, and it’s totally automated. However, after that, communication was very good. The electric stopped working and a staff person was there to help within minutes. I would just advise that hotidays send instructions to Expedia at least 24 hrs ahead as not everyone has international calling or...

"The owner was very helpful on arrival and the house was very well set up with home comforts and some lovely items of food and water to welcome us. The house is a good size with high ceilings, a lovely roof terrace and quiet air conditioning. It is in a good location close to the archeological sites, restaurants and a supermarket. Beds were very comfy and having WIFI and parking was great. Syracuse has lots to offer and is a charming place to stay. Highly recommended."

"Superb staff, Emanuel at front desk went above and beyond printing out maps and providing suggestions for day trips. Hotel and rooms are very dated and lack a cohesive look. Bathroom smelled of sewage and the entire hotel had the smell of grandma’s awful perfume. Rooms are small, location is superb and right on the water. Amazing views from the top floor restaurant. Wait staff fantastic and very attentive."
