"Had a box delivered to the hotel for a trade show I was doing in town. I went to pick it up at the front desk. I had the order invoice with our business, attn name, and the business it arrived from. I also had the recorded phone call to my phone number that the box arrived from the manager with his name & number. I showed several ID’s including my disabled husband’s DL. Plus my handicapped husband was immediately visible just outside by the front desk. The woman insisted he had to come in, which again, he’s disabled, or she wouldn’t give me my box. In fairness, it was regrettable for both of us: Her, for lack of empathy of disabilities and comprehension of how ID’s work. For me, for allowing myself to be sucked into the dispute."

"According to the desk clerk, because we booked through Expedia, they didn't have the king bed suite we reserved, so we were given a queen bed room overlooking the construction going on on the lawn and front of the house. We we're given breakfast buffet vouchers for our trouble, but there was no buffet available either morning. There was a mini fridge in the bathroom holding up the left side of the vanity. The only bright spot we're the valet. Definitely not 4 stars. Very disappointing especially for the price."
