The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please start dishwasher on the morning of departure. Dishwasher pod supplied. Please place all dirty linens on the floor in the room to which they belong.
Please place all dirty towels on the floor of the downstairs bedroom.
Place all trash in a bag in the trash can provided under the carport. Failure to bag trash will be an additional $75 fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Please respect the full time homeowners with quite time (10 PM-7 AM) hours. Please do not rearrange furniture or any decorations.
Shoe Free Home, please! We ask you remove shoes upon entry.
Do not flush feminine products or wipes due to septic system.
