The staff was friendly and very helpful. I am too picky and felt areas should have been dusted. Example would be the top of the TV and headboard.

3rd time staying there. Some of the nicest and most spacious rooms we have ever stayed in. Very fairly priced for what you get. Staff could not be nicer and VERY conveniently located for the main attraction in town. Deserves a 5 rating.

Sheets and towels were yellowish. Didn't look clean. I booked thru Expedia and realized the price was $8 less if I booked direct with hotel. The guy that checked me in said he could do nothing about it.

We enjoyed our night at Hotel Floyd. The town was very nice. We happened to be there the evening there was a concert in the park behind the hotel which was great.

i didnt like the fact that the rooms backed up to a cemetery o esp. being on the first floor. a nice wooden fence could have helped.

The room was well thought out and more spacious than I'm used to. The staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was the best! I cannot fault this hotel. It is the best I've used...ever!

Great hotel
Hotel Floyd is amazing. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was large and very clean. Bathroom updated and very clean. Great restaurants nearby. Be sure to stop at the Country store and listen to the banjo players

My stay at the Hotel Floyd was outstanding. It was money well spent. My room was very big and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The biscuits were made on site.

Clean staff very friendly walking distance to downtown and restaurants.. but they advertise two different prices there is apps that advertises it for $110 then when you get there to check in after you make reservations it's in the 160s

Floyd is a great little town and at Floyd Hotel we had a very large and well-appointed room. Breakfast was great and staff very helpful. Short walk to main street of Floyd and it’s famous country store (live music every night). Plenty of free parking.
