The host Peter was very accommodating and was so helpful getting us in last minute after we had to leave a terrible property that we had also booked through VRBO. The house is on about 5 acres of quiet, private land with a family of deer that regularly visited us in the mornings to graze. The house is great! Plenty of rooms for all, and the large kitchen gave us lots of room for all to gather at meal time without tripping over each other.
