"Our host Hervé, Amélee and family are really nice people. Although the studio is part of their home, we were given the utmost privacy, seeing them on the odd occasion. The studio is a super base to explore the region, and is close to the lake, and cycle route. We rarely used our vehicle, instead, cycling to Annecy and Doussard. "As mentioned on pub, parking available and show the front of hotel with many cars parked in front. At the reception, the lady said there is a public parking at 300 meters We stay there 3 nights and hotel offer a rebate when you stay 2 nights and more, but the girl mentioned this when leaving. I ask her to give me the rebate, She said it’s too late , the rebate is given at arrival. So I lost the rebate. I’m really upset about that"

"We had a fantastic stay at La Folie Douce in Chamonix. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the town centre and with easy access to the slopes, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, with great facilities and a lively atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. What really made our stay special was the staff. Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. They always went out of their way to assist with any questions or requests and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Now that we have stayed at this hotel in Chamonix we wouldnt go to another one and would highly recommend La Folie Douce to anyone visiting Chamonix."

"We loved being able to have a view of the Lake from our room. The check-in staff was so friendly and enthusiastic, great energy! We found the room a little small overall for something that was higher priced than normal, and it was tricky to move along the side of the bed on the window side, and although it was great that the bathroom was en-suite, it was so tiny and a bit too near the bed. The breakfast was fine, with a good range of items to choose from a self-serve counter, helped the day off to a good start."
