Individual chalet on 2 levels comprising on the ground floor: a living room-kitchen lounge area opening onto the terrace, a bathroom (shower), separate WC. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 closed by a curtain (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm), a mezzanine under the roof with 1 single bed (90x190 cm), separate WC. Land and private parking. To reach this chalet in the pastures, you have to take a motorable track that climbs 400m (only one steep passage). It is also possible to leave the car at the bottom of this path and go up to the chalet with the owner's car. (contact him before your arrival). The chalet is located in front of the owners' family chalet, on a slope overlooking the valley, facing the Aravis massif. On your arrival, the beds are made and the bathroom linen is also included.
