"Great location-airport bus stop right outside, and plenty of restaurants, shops nearby. Lovely friendly helpful staff in reception, and also in the restaurant. Great breakfast- so much choice, and the fresh orange juice was a bonus! Also enjoyed the complimentary tea/coffee in the lounge. Super comfy bed and pillows. "The hotel is beautiful and situated in a lovely place for walking. It was also possible to walk down to the fjord. Transport via bus was excellent from nearby the hotel into Stavanger centre which was good as there are not many dining or local shopping opportunities in the area. A shame the bar at the hotel only accepted card payments - no cash option."

"Two things strike you when you pull in to Sjoberg Ferie, 1) a beautiful location and 2) the look of a construction yard, with temporary structures (porto-potty?) and window/doors either about to be installed or just being taken out. The room was comfortable enough with a kitchenette (fridge, stovetop - no microwave or oven). A jumble of IKEA furniture, average design and a bed frame so awkward it was uncomfortable to sit up and watch tv. Decent number of outlets but no hooks in the bathroom....

"First we get an email with a key code, no desk person on duty, then we can’t get to the hotel because the roads are closed due to some event, then when we finally arrive and get to our room it’s small, hot and noisy. The street noise itself was absurd but we were tired so we just dealt with it, it was so hot and advertised as having AC which it did not but we could not open the window due to the noise so again we just dealt with it.
