Hotel Dei Duchi

"Hotel dei Duchi in Spoleto offers a wonderful, quiet stay with a great location for sightseeing that is very walkable to all the main historic attractions. The property is spotlessly clean and making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the town. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a fantastic selection of delicious options to start your morning. Best of all, everyone on the staff was remarkably friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our entire visit."

"Although it was hard to find and a trek to get to the hotel, if you are wanting a beautiful castle room, you must stay here! It was worth it! Pack light! The walk to the hotel is steep and there is no elevator in the hotel. The hotel restaurant is wonderful and convenient."

"The room was spacious and the bathroom especially had a large shower. When we arrived a sign on the door directed us to the coffee shop next-door, and a nice young lady took us upstairs to our room. She explained that we could also receive a free breakfast the next morning at the coffee shop, which consisted of coffee, juice, and a good pastry– nice treat. You may find the stairs to be a challenge if you are not on a lower level since there is no elevator. There is a beautifully decorated kitchen and living room area that is shared by the other guests. We found a well equipped kitchen to make coffee/tea and one else appeared to be using it. There was also no noise from the other guests. Overall it was a positive experience!"

"The Hotel is Okay, definitely no worth of the name GRAND Hotel. There is nothing Grand about it. It is a decent place for a short stay. Very small rooms with Balcony. I will show you a picture or what they consider a balcony. Nice outside pool. The Staff was very nice. If you go to the Restaurant do not expect a traditional Italian food but tiny portions of something they have to explain in order for you to know what you are eating. No worth the money. Much better food just outside a 3-5 minutes walking."

Gorgeous Villa overlooking Todi

"The views from Gian's property are amazing and it is so peaceful and spacious. We stayed for a week and are a family of 5 and there was so much space for us. Gian was an excellent host and gave us lots of recommendations for local sites, parking, drinks, etc. There are lots of lovely towns and villages within easy distance and the local town of Todi is gorgeous to wander around, plus has a decent supermarket for supplies. The pool is big and has amazing views from it with plenty of loungers. Slightly more shade around it would have been great in very hot August weather.The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of everything, the beds are comfy and the house stayed cool during hot days, though we did use the aircon at night.We would definitely recommend this house and would like to return sometime"

"Das Haus ist eines der besten Häuser in der Gegend. Es gibt ein wunderschönes Grundstück mit Pool, die Zimmer und die Bäder sind gut eingerichtet. Auch die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, dass auch ohne Probleme für größere Gruppen gelocht werden kann. Wenn wir wieder in diese Gegend reisen, werden wir gerne wiederkommen. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub!"

Hotel San Luca

"Easy Check in. We opted to park at hotel for a reasonable €15, as we arrived later than expected, but could have found street parking nearby. Staff helped us to find our way to the Percorso Meccanizato which is a great asset to the city, so we could easily access all the sights. Our room was spacious and very elegant and the breakfast was OUTSTANDING! Such choice, beautifully presented and served with warmth and civility."
