This is a fabulous property. Lovely pool, loads of space, masses of kitchen equipment. Perfect for us - 6 adults and 3 children. There is air conditioning in some of the bedrooms, this maybe needs to be extended to all of them. Nevertheless i would highly recommend Moulin Grisel.

Great location close to Usez, perfect for a large family gathering. The kitchen was well stuffed, the property beautiful and spacious. Etienne was very helpful and responsive. Perfect stay!

Excellent stay

Lovely property, great location with lots to do. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend for a group of friends or family. The coast was also just over an hour away, we thoroughly enjoyed the region and the house.

Lovely Provence Experience

A very nice stay at Moulin Grisel. A lovely large renovated water mill with salt water pool big enough to enjoy with a large group. The removable gate around the pool is perfect if coming with small children. A nice plancha too for cooking outside. Everything worked well and nice towns in close proximity. Uzés is very close and is a very nice town with plenty to do. Highly recommend staying here!

Un excellent séjour

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine entre amis au Moulin Grisel. Un immense à Monsieur Deffense qui s'est rendu disponible pendant tout notre séjour et nous a donné de très bons conseils pour visiter la région. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison.

Séjour très agréable dans cette belle et grande maison ! Les chambres sont spacieuses et les salles de bain nombreuses. Seul point négatif : arrivée possible qu'à 17h et départ obligatoire à 10h le samedi (mais nous étions prévenus)

We hadden een gezellige week onder vrienden en de kindjes hebben zich geweldig geamuseerd in het zwembad. Toffe locatie, in de buurt van een gezellig stadje. We kregen heel veel informatie van de eigenaar die ons zeer hartelijk ontving. De molen is heel goed voorzien en bevat alles wat je nodig hebt.

Très belles prestations

7 jours en famille, de 2 à 77 ans 14 personnes : de la place pour chacun dans un moulin aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et de style. Un propriétaire charmant et un séjour de qualité. Tout était super : piscine, cour , chambres, espaces communs, sanitaires… différents petits endroits pour se retrouver au gré de nos envies en changeant d’ambiance. Rien à redire sur ce très bel hébergement !

Séjour de rêve dans une demeure de charme

Très belle demeure restaurée avec goût, logement confortable et spacieux, idéal pour une famille nombreuse. Le propriétaire s'est montré accueillant, disponible et très attentif à notre confort, malgré quelques problèmes rencontrés sur la production d'eau chaude. Très belle région avec de nombreux sites remarquables. Nous avons été enchantés de ce séjour au moulin Grisel.

Maison très agréable et très fonctionnelle, beaucoup de salle de bains, la literie est très bien. Le propriétaire est très arrangeant et disponible. Cependant On aurait juste aimé un peu plus d espace autour de la piscine.

Magnifique moulin restauré un peu proche de la route

Très agréable séjour dans ce moulin restauré avec goût. L'espace piscine est magnifique, on y passe beaucoup de temps. Le moulin est bien équipé de tout ce qui est nécessaire. Seul bémol, la proximité de la départementale Uzès/Alès très bruyante des 6h du matin ... Les chambres sont donc exposées à cette nuisance.

Unvergessliche Provenceferien

Herzlicher und sympathischer Empfang durch den Hausherrn mit hilfreichen Erklärungen. Schöne geräumige Zimmer mit guten Betten. In jedem Zimmer steht ein Ventilator (Airconditioning in der Ausschreibung). Die Küche ist sehr gut bestückt für grosse Gruppen. ein wundervolles, typisches Provencehaus liebevoll und kunstgerecht renoviert und dekoriert. Eine schöne und malerische Umgebung mit herrlichen Städten und Dörfern in naher Umgebung. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Traumhafte Vintage Villa mit unendlich vielen Details in toller ruhiger Umgebung

Grossartiges, liebevoll und detailliert und grosszügig ausgestattetes renoviertes Anwesen in ruhiger natürlicher Umgebung. Unbedingt empfehlenswert, alles funktioniert, alles ist doppelt und dreifach vorhanden, technisch topp. Zum Wohlfühlen und Geniessen. Très belle maison , idéalement située pour rayonner autour d’Uzes. Spacieuse, pour nos 3 familles , avec tout l’équipement nécessaire pour petits et grands . Mr Deffense veille méticuleusement sur l’entretien de sa belle maison et réserve à ses locataires un très sympathique accueil.

Semaine de rêve entre amis

Nous avons passé un moment inoubliable à plusieurs familles avec enfants durant l'été 2018. Bâtisse encore plus belle et plus grande que sur les photos. Configuration de la maison extra, beaucoup d'espace mais en même temps sécurisant pour les enfants que l'on a toujours sous les yeux grâce au grand espace piscine-terrasse fermé, avec filet de sécurité en plus mis en place à la demande par le propriétaire. Espace extérieur d'ailleurs paradisiaque et très bien agencé et équipé (frigo extérieur, plancha, transats, mange-debout pour l'apéro ou bien préparer des cocktails...) où nous avons passé la majeure partie de notre temps sous le soleil occitan. L'intérieur est vraiment spacieux et charmant grâce aux murs épais et aux vieilles pierres magnifiques du moulin superbement restauré. Chambres spacieuses et décorées avec goût comme le reste du moulin), salles de bains en nombre suffisant (toujours libres, nous n'avons jamais eu à faire la queue pour la douche). Grande cuisine bien équipée où nous avons pu préparer de bons petits plats aux accents méditerranéens durant tout le séjour. Salle de séjour et salons immenses et très agréables pour se détendre ou regarder la tv. Le clou du spectacle est assuré par la cour d'entrée (de l'autre côté du bâtiment) avec sa vieille fontaine, son superbe portail et son magnifique olivier qui, superbement éclairés de nuit, nous ont permis de passer d'inoubliables moments d'admiration et de relaxation en fin de soirée avant d'aller se coucher pour contraster parfaitement avec les moments festifs passés au bord de la piscine. Nous n'avons pas pu tout visiter alentour mais le village médiéval de Vézénobres à proximité est époustouflant ainsi que la très belle ville d'Uzès. Tous les points d'intérêt de la région d'Uzès sont d'ailleurs compilés habilement par le propriétaire dans un cahier à l'entrée de la maison. Jeux de société à disposition. Nous avons également pu faire plusieurs parties de pétanque endiablées sous les oliviers du petit chemin jouxtant le moulin. Merci à M. Déffense pour son accueil et l'écoute apportée à ses hôtes. Nous reviendrons plus que volontiers.

Grease place for the hole family

We hade a wonderful time in this lovely house. Plenty of room for 3 families. We went on many excursions but still had time for the pool and wonderful dinners utsida just beside the pool. Good kitchen and nice beds. We hade the best of feelings staying at Moulin of Grisel

Magnifique maison !

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cette belle demeure, décorée et aménagée avec beaucoup de goût! Celle-ci est très spacieuse et spécialement bien équipée pour un grand nombre ( nombre de couverts, vaisselle, casseroles, ustensiles à disposition, ...). La piscine et les jeux extérieurs sont également très appréciables! A recommander!
