Newly remodeled 2,300 sqft cozy Coastal Charm home situated in the middle of all things. In a 5 mile radius you have OWA, Foley Sports Tourism Complex, Tanger Outlet Malls, 3 public gold courses, Graham Creek Nature Preserve, and Wolf Bay. Only 2 miles off the beach express it is 15 minutes to Gulf Shores or Orange Beach. You literally have a great jump point to multiple activities.

With 4 bedrooms, 2 king beds and 2 queen beds, there's plenty of space for you and your guests to relax and unwind. The bathrooms are equipped with amenities like a hair dryers, bathtub, and shower, ensuring a wonderful and refreshing experience. An enclosed back porch provides extra room for entertainment with a TV, stereo, extra refrigerator and high top dining/game table. Off the enclosed porch is a drive trough carport with outdoor speakers, chairs and ceiling fans for those cool evenings just chilling outside.

Front and back yards are plenty spacious for playing games or just relaxing. The house is perfect and spacious! Great location for the sports complex, OWA, and shopping:) Super clean and stocked w everything you need:) We loved it and will def go back!!
