"Stefania’s apartment is perfectly located within a short walking distance to all the wonderful shops and restaurants. It is located on a charming, quite narrow street which is decorated with colorful, potted flowers and shrubs. Stefania communicated well with us as speakers of English and was helpful in recommending the best restaurants. Her two bedroom apartment was meticulously clean and had everything that we needed for a fabulous vacation."

"Honestly we were so happy with our stay in this gorgeous home in Spello. I have no doubt that if we return to Italy, we will return to Spello and hopefully stay here again. The view from the patio was unreal and the accommodation itself was very charming. Our check in process was great, the host was so lovely with showing us around and getting us settled in. We could not recommend this stay enough."

"We had flight issues that required changes at the last minute and Aldina was so easy to work with and responded quickly and clearly. The apt was cute and cozy, exactly what we wanted. The neighborhood was magical, just breathtaking. A bottle of wine was wait for us and there was coffee for the morning. A perfect stay!"

"We cannot say enough good things about Monica and Spello House! She was beyond helpful and inviting, she welcomed us and helped us park, showed us to the apartment, and insisted on carrying my bag! She stocked the fridge with food, and she even found us a restaurant for dinner! The apartment was SO charming and had everything we needed. The location was superb!
