Everything was clean. Check in was easy. We love how close it is to the beach. Great pool. We had everything we needed to cook a few meals there. There are lots of clean gas grills on property. Fans in every bedroom. We would definitely stay again.

Family vacation

It was a great vacation. The location of the condo to the beach is great, such an easy walk. The complex is very nice and the pool, playground, and grill area is wonderful would def stay again.

Lovely location

Great size condo, first floor and super-easy to get to the beach access. We utilized the on-site grills several times during our stay. Pool facility is very nice.

Always a pleasure

We enjoyed our stay and have been coming here for a few years. The location is great having a family of 5 it helps to be close to the beach as well as having multiple working bbq on the premises. We will be back.

Wonderful proximity to the beach!

This is our second year at this property. We like the area so much. The proximity to the beach is our favorite part. Plenty of retail around as well. Always a fun and relaxing week.

Excellent Seaside Condo

Great condo. Building is right next to beach. Short walk from your porch. Complex has grills, lawn games, basketball, gym, pool and tons of tennis courts. Condo is nicely appointed and clean. Full kitchen and laundry. Highly recommend it. We had an awesome week.

This condo was the perfect fit for our family vacation! It was so close to the boardwalk and we appreciated the owner having the boogie boards for our use. We loved having a washer and dryer in the condo as well. We visited the tennis pro shop on Monday night for the Wine Social and met so many people who had been coming to this resort for years with their families which was comforting to hear; we even won some prizes in the raffle! We signed our 8 year old up for a tennis lesson with Scotty and he had a blast. We made lasting memories here and will absolutely be back.

Beautiful condo nicely equipped with a cute balcony with a tranquil view that is great for enjoying your morning coffee. Beautiful condo facility right on the beach with a nice pool. This was our first time at Hilton Head and we'll definity return.

great proximity to the beach and a little grassy area great for grilling and sunbathing to get out of the beach wind. lots of cabinet/drawer space to put clothing and food supplies. we had a fantastic time and Kerry was great to work with.

We had a wonderful stay as we enjoy just a minute walk to the beach. There was only two problems that we seen as far as cleanliness. There was just a little bit of mold in both bathrooms. In one bathroom with the jacuzzi shower it was in the curtain and then in the other bathroom it was on the floor along the edges to the left of the shower. Other than that the windows do not black out for sleeping but we did manage to get good sleep. This place was truly a great place to stay and we enjoyed it very much.

Lovely property!

We had a wonderful time and really liked our rental- it’s proximity to the beach was wonderful. My only problem was lack of communication to get into the rental. I sent two message during our drive and received no response. The gentlemen at the guard house were able to get us the code to the key box after a few minute wait. It was a little disconcerting after a 9 hour drive. Other than that snafu it was a great property.
