"This spot was perfect for my adult son and I. It was nice and quiet and was in the historic district so a lot of places to walk to if you wanted to leave the car behind. The space was very clean. All the amenities were great as well. The beds were nice and large and comfortable. We were only in town for a short time for a wedding and this was perfect. Lisa (host) was so kind, helpful, and prompt replying with any questions I had. Check out and check in were effortless. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!"
"Everything was great. We watched 4 sunsets on the rooftop patio during the week and took advantage of the close proximity to some great restaurants. Parking can be challenging if it is Friday or Saturday night but that's because the location is so fantastic. "

"This is a fantastic, clean, perfectly located house for a weekend in Folsom! The owner was very responsive and there was a ton of room to spend out and relax in the home. It's a great base from which you can explore the surrounding area. My friends and I went rafting and it was an easy drive to the meet-up spot!"
"The home is situated in a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood with trees and flowering bushes about. Upon entering the home, one was struck by its simple elegance. We've stayed at many rented homes and this one by far had the best kitchen ware, which made cooking for our family a dream! The beds were comfortable and bathrooms (with full baths) were gorgeous!
