Fonctionnel, convient pour un weekend

L'appartement est propre et fonctionnel. Placement idéal pour rayonner sur les châteaux de la Loire proches de Tours. Quelques bémols tout de même : logement oriénté plein sud (et sans ventilateur) devenant assez chaud en été. La photo de la terrasse laissait sous-entend un balcon privé. Mais c'est le lieu d'entrée (et de restauration extérieure l'été) pour les 4 logements du haut. Cela rend compliqué d'aérer le soir ou le matin, du fait d'une promiscuité devenant pesante au fil du temps (nous sommes resté 10 jours). Solution trouvée : laisser les volets fermés aux heures de repas, voire soirées rigolade post-repas à deux mêtres de notre lit. Privilégiez donc un séjour de courte durée et/ou hors saison.
