"Exactly as expected from the advert, this house was full of charm and located in a very tranquil part of the Lot et Garonne countryside. Francoise and her family welcomed us on arrival, taking the time to show us around the property and grounds, as well as everything we needed to know. "Sadly the pool was is need of substantial repair. The cracked slabs and crumbling cement around the pool was dangerous for bare feet and attracted wasps to nest. Not ideal for young children and babies. There was a constant bad smell in the kitchen due to drainage problems in the area of the sink. The setting is idyllic and very peaceful in amongst the forest but we got bitten alive with all the woodland mosquitoes."

The local village is nearby as well as big supermarket. Our host was very helpful and the check in process was very easy."

"We just had a short stop-over on a road trip and the room was nice, clean and comfortable. The kitchenette is basic but clean and has all of the necessities. For the price, it was much nicer than we expected. The bathroom was roomy and it had a great shower. It's located near the best area for shopping and charming streets and places to eat. There is a small outside area with tables and grass, as well. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. If we needed to stay in Agen again, we would stay here."

"The hotel is an old fashioned motel style low rise block with room doors giving into the car park, a grassed area or a walkway. It was very clean, the air con worked well, the bed was comfortable, the shower was decent and it was very quiet. The manager gave us a room giving onto a grassy area in the shade as he knew we were travelling with a dog. In the evening we popped into his bar area and were served decent wine. We decided to stay for dinner which was simple home style french cooking, served quickly. Decent portions, very good service. The hotel is in a light industrial area some distance from the town centre. It could do with some renovation/updating but the manager is making it a very nice place to stay due to cleanliness and excellent swrvice"

"The hotel was clean and very comfortable. Our room was very large and the air conditioning was perfect. The front desk staff were welcoming and very friendly. We also enjoyed the exercise room on property and the location of the property. It was close to the highway as well as to the center of town. We were able to walk to coffee shops and restaurants.
